For Biodiversity Net Gain, (BNG) The Environment Act 2021 (which comes in to force in Feb - April 2024)  will make it impossible for many developers to build under planning permission without requiring 10% of the site to be positive BNG. This is not as daunting as it may seem, as qualified landscape architects like +Pluslandscape who understand the requirements, can design the external works that address these matters in good quality designs as part of your planning submission. 

We can also demonstrate experience in Land Remediation and Reclamation - bringing long term derelict land back in to use and overseeing the contract work required to clean up contaminated land to prepare it for development.
